After the match..

Right so after the match you get this nice little cut scene, its nice, really it is, but after seeing it 50 times, i kinda know it, and it would be cool if you could skip it like the introduction movie.

also it would be awesome if you get the possibility to text chat during this cutscene without stopping it.
so you can tell the fellow people in the game it was a good game or what needs to be improved.
another thing that i personally would like to be seen is that you get a chat box while waiting for the votes or next map to start where you can talk without having to click the global/team/fireteam button…(wich is not always possible) i think that way communication in the game will be increased aswell.

what are the oppinion of other people about these points, you think splash should change this?

im sorry if any of this has already been posted, i tried a search and couldnt find anything about it.

I agree. A kind of shoutbox that is present in all cutscenes and menus including warmup would be great.

Agreed, and why do so many servers have the chat turned off?

I think that might be default since the first patch. I’ve not had chance to configure my server yet, it’s always full, and it WAS originally on. I noticed yesterday that you could no longer chat post-match and I’ve changed nothing :slight_smile:

Fully agreed. In games like Battlefield etc it’s so nice if you can tell your teammates they did great job etc, or to congratulate the opponent on an intense battle played.

Kind of adds to the whole social environment of the game. In addition, it would indeed be great to have a chatbox or that the game recognizes the fast keys you set up for teamchat/general chat etc. rather than having to click on screen with the mouse.

exactly chief, while playing you dont have too much time to talk you do this on those moments so yeah…

A very minor issue: If you open the chat on accident you cant close it by hiting enter (to post a blank message). Instead you have to push escape. thats annoying. empty chatbox -> enter -> chatbox gone. :smiley:
