After loading EasyAntiCheat,the game doesn't appear but it is in task manager

I tried restarting, reinstalling dirty bomb , verify game cache, reinstalling steam and backup and restore on steam.
Pls help, it only happened 2 months ago

This is happening a lot. I have a buddy with the same issue.

sounds like an issue a m8 had with windows 10, folders, programs etc can be seen on the taskbar and you can change between them but nothing is showing on the screen (started with programs desappearing).

this is a windows 10 bug (some reports suggest that its on win 8 too) that creates virtual desktop (only 1 monitor attached) without letting the user know about it at all. What triggers this is the use of hdmi / dvi cable and plugging / unplugging the cable multiple times in a short time (haven’t researched in depth of this bug, stopped researching when i found a fix).

so try this (for windows 8 (not sure) & 10 (sure)).

press and hold windows key + tap letter P

this will open a window to the right side of your monitor where you will see 4 choices.
select the top one labeled “only this computer (or similar, had to translate that)”, then press winkey+p again to close the window. restart computer

hope it was easy as that, if not then it’s something i cant help you with other than giving advice to try reinstalling steam as you have already tried re-installing dirty bomb (also go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Dirty Bomb_CommonRedist\
and install everything you find on those 2 folders inside “directX” and “vcredist”
, and of course update motherboard drivers, gpu drivers.
