I made some recordings with shadowplay, yes this is exactly how it looks and sounds in the game, it is not a recording issue.

750 Ti, 2 GB, newest drivers

after 30 minutes, I get 0.5 to 1 frame per second

A playstation type game controller was causing this. Unplugging it, FPS are instantly restored back to 250.
