Admin Abuse Detected in Competetiv Mode ( Admin is kicking us out of the lobby cause they loose )

Hey,
we ( Huso / Esl Team ) was just playing competetive / were smurfing on it. On game start i got kicked once in warmup random. I was like lol okay, beta bug.
Joined again. Then we played some time. Enemy team was calling us hackers. Then we saw the message ( remember it like that ): Toomicis logged in as server administrator.
After it we all got kicked out of the game. We reconnected and they finished meanwhile to plant bombs and let it explode.
We were like: Wtf, serious. I started recording. ( i will post the video after its finished rendering and uploaded )
Sorry for the following words but: This low admin is using his admin roles to win a game.
Then he tried to prevent his doings. Made fake logouts and was like: How can you kick me ?
I mean serious guys, wtf is wrong with your employers !?

The most funniest thing is. I just got banned a few days ago on my account for: Using external assistance or whatever.
I was recording the whole game i got banned in with shadowplay. I sended it to the support.

Their answere:
Thank you for contacting Nexon America Customer Support I apologize for the delay in response.

"Your game access has been permanently blocked for the detected use of third party programs or software while playing Dirty Bomb. To see the list of some of the programs that would cause a suspension of your account, go to http://forums.dirtybomb.nexon.net/discussion/10760/programs-that-will-get-you-flagged-banned.

Due to the nature of this situation, I am sorry to inform you that I will not be able to release your account. I apologize for any inconvenience this has caused you."
(The video i sended, he didnt even looked on it. )

So i looked on the blacklist of tools. Wow, never used any of them. ( just the cheat engine for the game: The Forest cause i found a CE Trainer. ( months ago ).

The support seems to act like: Okay, this user got pretty good scores. A few people ( fucking idiot kids ) reported him.
Should we may watch him like every single other company does ? Nah, just ban him.
Ah just ban him. He paid 10€ a hour ago. Lets ban him huhuhuhu :blush:
I mean. Dont you got a fucking spectator mode like every other fps ? Just spectate a user and decide ?
For me this game doesnt makes any sense to play competetive like that.
Sorry, but i am so angry about this fucking shit.

I still need to say the game itself is very good for a open beta. But for professionell gamers its more a ban trap. We want to get elite before applying a cup or cobalt 2 minimum. Working on our tactics. :expressionless: Thats a very sad thing. Video is rendered 60%

Professional gamers would know that you can get your money refunded by steam if the purchase was within the last 14 days.

Your wrong. Professional gamers does know you cant get a refund on dirtybomb. Its not possible. The 10€ okay. But its more the point of getting banned without any info about it. And this extreme admin abuse we spotted today. I m uploading the video atm

what i mean is that, imho, since anticheat is on its first steps, and obviously doesnt work at intended yet, most cheat cases are solved via echo data and/or video proves.

lets suppose you had a great day and in first half you made insane accuracy, and they saw those, lets say, 60%ac with 30% headshots on certain weapon. And then they deside, that - that is biggar than any legit pro player (according to statictics from dozens of cups.)

so, at the end of the day. if you cheated, then they got it right, if you didnt cheat - well, you got lucky…or unlucky i guess =)

If toomic said you are hacking there is something strange cause he got the datas, he’s a dev not an admin and I trust toomic more than I trust you. And he talk about “obvious” data so maybe your cheat is not so good :pensive:

the dev says in chat you are disconnecting his team… and every time u brought up scores the devs team was short on players looking like they where getting disconnected all the time.

Not sure if there is a way to force players to disconnect but clearly the dev thought something was up.

suck it up and be glad it wasn’t a ban since you where mouthing off at an actual dev lol

I don’t think players can force others to disconnect. But there is definitely a weird issue where you get disconnected and need to press reconnect button. In the console you get some message about command not recognized: gameprofile stop, or something like that. It’s happening randomly to a lot of people and it is a very annoying bug. I have not seen any communication from devs about this issue.

You cannot grab IP Addresses from DB Client, so a DDoS is very unlikely, unless the person has the IP Addresses from other means, which again is very unlikely if it’s their first encounter with these players.

Unless you can grab IP Addresses of players from the DB Client, then this would need to be fixed as it would fall under a security violation.

If the support doesnt care I see no reason why he shouldn’t say his name and show the video.
Because if what he is saying is true, the support guy was ignorant and should be ashamed.
