Added AU, SA, and EU Servers

Based on your feedback, we’ve added more all-level servers in S. America and AUS. We also moved some of the capacity over from the level-locked servers in AUS since they weren’t used as much as the all-level servers. Finally, we added more Objective, and a few more SW servers in EU. Please continue to give us feedback on this! It helps :slight_smile:
