Add limit to amount of times downed per life

Can I suggest a limit to the amount of times you can be rezzed per life? it gets a little annoying when your work is simply made to nothing with a simple revive. Not to sound like an ass, i know the hardships of a medic, and a good medic is something to be commended, but a good medic can keep an entire bad team alive as they run into fire like headless chicken, reviving them the second they go down, and the medic him/herself will be hiding behind cover and/or said unkillable group of headless chicken.

try to kill the medic and the team kills you, try to kill the team, they immediately get revived before you can finish them off and then they kill you. this way, people can simply rely on medics to keep them permanently alive and have to think about their own safety just a little bit more.

No. Medic is important part of the game. Let’s say like this…

If your team sucks and the other team is a lot better. Then your team gets a high skilled medic. That makes it more even and when teams are even, the game is more fun. If you’re playing SW, just watch the clock (Learnt the clock thing when played Urban Terror). Just kill them at 0s or 25s -> Long respawn even if they get revived. Then you have a chance to make two long spawns.

Just shoot the downed enemies, so they stay down. It isn’t that hard anymore since the revive nerf.
Don’t nerf the medics even more.

Couldn’t disagree more. I always make it my challenge to down the medics first, even if the medic is a Sparks and the guy she is following is a Fragger. Even if you don’t kill the team you’ve still taken away their medics leaving them more vulnerable to your own team mates. Couldn’t think of a worse idea tbh.

It’s your fault that I’m able to revive the same person five times, not mine. Finish off the downed person or kill the medic reviving them, problem solved.

He stated his opinion which I think everybody can.

@OP for that purpose the revives do not give the player full health if the medic does not fully charge his defibs or revivr. Also the get up time has been increased. I think it’s fairly balanced now.

well, that was a sharp increase of disagrees ive chalked up.
I’ll admit I was a mite sore after a match watching enemies get up before they fall down(my team didnt go very far forward with me, but we were on defense so it was my fault i suppose). My current thoughts on rezzing now that its in the past…mixed, to be honest, there are times i thought that it could do with a nerf, like above, and times i was annoyed it wasnt powerful enough, like getting thrown into the next spawn wave because i was rezzed even though i was downed before i finished getting up and stuff like that.
do i still think there should be a rez limit per life? somewhat, maybe a high number like 20 or something.

i’d like to think it’s people like you, who think there’s nothing to talk about a particular subject because there’s nothing wrong with it, but then again that’s just me.

Honestly…no

I mean, defibs aren’t nearly as bad as they used to be, really Medics are pretty easy to deal with once you get into the rhythm of using their downed buddies as bait, to lure them out and take em both down.

It’s funny until you face a Sparks, then you hate life.
