Title, defenders side in the roost area you get to from the elevator. It would help defenders batter cover the roof, or sneaky attackers do the same

rood is really easy to access from the defenders side without using the elevator. plus is you are proxy, you could set up quite a good defense.

I would say yes on the condition that it is mounted on the right side of the railing right next to the boxes to make sure the MG does not have a sightline into the area where the defenders come from spawn. that would be OP af.
this would ensure that the MG can be used for the roof only. although they would have to test and see if it would be too powerful for defenders pointing towards where the attackers come from.

I’m pretty sure he’s also confused about which elevator you are referring to since he mentioned sight lines into the defenders’ approach route from spawn, which wouldn’t be possible from the area you’re thinking of. To be clear, I think he’s talking about the spot I circled in yellow:
