Hey guys, I just reached level 7 on my account just a few minutes ago, I was told id receive a Loadout Crate, as it turns out, I did not get anything.
Could use some help here.

Hello.
At level 5 you receive the arsenal crate which is locked until you reach level 7.
Make sure to check your filters in your inventory and if you still can’t find it, please send a support ticket via the following link.
They are able to look into it and give you the crate.
