On the SD public server - don’t bother with Gibbing/Cover fire: 35-47%

On a mostly high end clan populated public server (e.g. BiO’s) with Gibbing/Cover fire: 33-39%

Clan Matches Div.1 Savage league: 29-37%

All depends on opponents and therefore can vary madly.

Also my acc. has fallen since I started going for headshots, but in contrast I now avg. approx. something like : Publics: 30 kills/27-33 headshots
Clan Matches: 30 kills/23-25 headshots

Imo, headshots-kills is more the primary indication of a great aim. gen. smg acc. is secondary.

Average Accuracy for Thompson: 28.444 %
Average Accuracy for MP-40: 30.17 %

Calculated over 22 rounds. Seems pretty accurate

just played headshot mod had 166kills and 5xxxp in oen round with 3% accuracy lol and the other 4 players also had 3% o.0 quite strange

One of my favorite times was when I got 44 kills with 74 headshots :D. I was using a sten though so it wasnt that hard.

Also check out the TnX servers, they generally have some good players (sometimes):

What mod for ET allows headhot only mode? I did not know that it was included in a mod. I really need to practice my headshots :slight_smile:

Maybe its a mental thing, but I cant hit worth crap with a thompson. I kick ass with the mp40 but for some reason I just cant play as good with the thompson. It seems bulky and inaccurate (which it is more innacurate, but compensated with slightly more damage). I dunno, I just like my mp40

abraxas thats on RtCW, theres no differences between them in ET but I also used to play better wth mp40, now I play better with thompson.
I get maybe 35-40, pretty good headshot ratio too.

I agree with that boy ninja Abrax. I play better with the MP40…it just feels like a precision weapon. All metal and black and slick and shiny. The thompson is a hunk of wood with a metalbarrel. You cant aim with that crap!

True, specwise they are the same…but theres a huge mental difference.
