Account suspension??

I got home for work at around 6 ish i took a shower finished by 7, logged into steam, launched dirty bomb i get a pop up with the games starts up with it says

Your account has been suspended. Suspension Reason: NxABS_DT_1_NGS_Hash

no idea what it is i sent a email out to nexon for help but havnt heard back from them i am worried as it isnt a ban but just a suspension and i dont now the reason behind it if anyone could help itll be NEED PLEASE
A reason might be that i launched an Extreme Injucter while in a game but i didnt load anything in the game no dll files nothing im thinking maybe that thats the problem but im not sure of anyone could help me out Thank you and no i woudnt hack on dirty bomb as on my account iv spent over 70+ AU on the game and i would rather not of waste it i have extreme injucter for other games like Garry’s Mod games where i didnt spent alot of money on.

Hello.

Extreme Injecter is most likely the cause.
NGS noticed it running in the background and banned you for it.
The forum is not the place to appeal a ban as nobody here is able to look into your case.
