Account Suspended

I hadn’t logged into the game for a few weeks and then I logged into the game and it said that my account was suspended. Verrrry frustrating considering I had quite a few loadout cards, mercs and hours put into the game. Anyone else have this problem? Why did this happen?

Your account may have been suspended because NGS detected a cheat or a prohibited program such as Cheat Engine, Sandboxie or SweetFX. Macro tools are disallowed as well.
