Account suspended (language?)

Thought this was an M-Rated game and apparently my account was suspended over language. No details are given, so I don’t even know where and when I got suspended? The game never made it clear that it is PG rated and that cursing is not allowed, so I don’t think this is a fair suspension. Also it doesn’t tell me when the suspension ends, so I assume its permanent?

It doesn’t give me any amount of time for ban, so I guess its permanent? Weird, I was really enjoying the game, and I didn’t cheat, just did some trash talking. I’m sorry about that, but that’s pretty normal to talk trash in a FPS.
