I recently had the 2-day-ban without attempting to cheat - as a few other people experienced as well.
This is the answer I received:
Your game access has been temporarily blocked (2 days) for the detected use of third party programs or software while playing Dirty Bomb.
I know that you would like to see evidence or be provided a detailed explanation as to why your account has been suspended. However, the evidence that we have gathered is proprietary information and cannot be disclosed. Therefore, we will not discuss the exact nature of your specific incident.
Note, that the third party program doesn’t need to be run with the intent of altering game-files or memory states, according to error-message and support.
I am VERY certain that I did not attempt anything that could be considered cheating in Dirty Bomb while playing Dirty Bomb, but support cannot tell me which program was offending.
I do not feel save spending any money on Dirty Bomb, as the current policy allows them to ban at any time without reasons or security. This is very sad - the proper cheaters are not going to spend any money, and they will be far less likely to be detected as they actually try to hide their activities.
