About Brink development

I’m a system developer and I’m curious about some of the inner working of a project the size of BRINK.

Some questions:

[li]Do you use standardized development life cycle?
[/li][li]Are you doing regular Waterfall development or some Agile approach?
[/li][li]Do you have incremental builds or continuous integration?
[/li][li]Is the testing phase inside the development cycle?
[/li][li]Do you do test cases and/or test driven development?
[/li][/ol]
