About a long jump bind

So i saw a guide how to bind like LeftAlt or thumbmousebutton to do an long jump, and i think its pretty clever but some people say that its not allowed, some people say that it is. So i would want a clear answer from you guys that is it or is it not. But otherwise, great game, really having fun with it :slight_smile:

Macros are forbidden, using two keys as one is a macro.

It’s not like long jumping is hard…

I know it isnt, but its just to help people make long jumps little easier rather than getting hand crambs. But many people say that its just a normal bind and not a macro, and some youtubers even use it.

If you want to have an easy way of long jumping without using a macro just bind crouch to a side button on your mouse. Once you get used to it, it becomes very easy to long jump and because you can keep crouch as ctrl, you don’t need to worry about relearning how to crouch.
