A tad confused by the credit booster prices

So I’m going to assume that the credit booster prices are rooted on the USD. Here are their prices for the different lengths of time:

  • 6 hours = $2.99USD
  • 12 hours = $5.99USD
  • 18 hours = $7.99USD

Now this doesn’t make too much sense to me because you don’t seem to get any saving between buying two 6 hour boosters ($5.98USD) and one 12 hour booster ($5.99USD). In fact, you actually lose out on a penny. You do, however, save money when purchasing a single 18 hour booster instead ($7.99USD) of three 6 hour boosters ($8.97USD), though that savings is less than a dollar (or more precisely, a savings of 10.9%). This pricing just doesn’t make sense to me. I’ve seen thing like this in other games where, if you buy the package that has more of something or longer time, you save more. In fact, we see examples of this in Dirty Bomb already with Expert, Elite, and cycles during ReV. So how did this get screwed up?
