Change Stoker’s fire to the same color enemies see, I occasionally forget it’s mine, or I don’t walk through fire because I’m not sure if it’s mine, thanks.
A small suggestion
Doesn’t really make sense in public games I’m afraid.
Your flame is coloured yellow, indicating that the enemy cannot walk through this flame. You can’t either, but your team can. The enemies flame conversely indicates that your team can’t walk through, but the enemy team can (barring the enemy Stoker).
Both cases will govern your next patterns of behaviour, which will work on assumptions based on the knowledge of who can and can’t pass through the flames.
If your flame is coloured the same colour as the enemies, then this indicates that enemy can walk through, and your allies cannot, which is the reverse of what is actually going on.
If you can’t remember which flame is yours after you have thrown it, your proposed change will make it worse, not better. Not so much in the regard of you walking into your own flame, but your decisions where to look and cover based on which path you have closed off.
If it is that much of a problem your only fix would be to change the colour of your flame green or something.
frankly, ff-on and all flames yellow solves all problems.
i cant see behind the flame on my screen, the ref hue is too strong
