This created the extra folder with the external lightmap and also created the q3map_mapname.shader to enable the use of the lightmap. This no longer works with q3map2.5.6. I had to roll back to the last 2.3.8 version to compile the terrain properly. I understand that lightstyles now creates external lightmaps and shader for the lightmaps. Is there a simple change that I need to make to my terrain shader or must I apply the new lightstyles to my terrain map to enable the single lightmap again? Thanks for any assistance you may be able to provide
