Open video settings and set graphics settings and set it to minimal then adjust your gamma poof there we go

sometimes that might even lower it, some graphic cards acutally dip down below there usage and you lose frames. To increase fps id try overclocking with MSI afterburner, its really simple and you just google your graphics card name and how.

i would put a big disclaimer before saying “go mess with blah blah hardware”
some people lack the brain capacity and might burn there house down lol
