I agree - SD should at least respect the fans enough to give us some kind of information here on the forums. Even if it was bad news, just be honest with us. I mean, I’m alright without the DLC, but this is just dragging on and on. It doesn’t put SD in the best light.

I figured the DLC would be like the game…the dates keep getting pushed back and they release lil info but when it comes out i wont care and just enjoy it

Im just pointing out moving it up 1 week after pushing ti back for like what MONTHS doesnt really even out…but in the end like i said i just enjoyed them game still

Interesting thought. I’ve noticed the same promotions on my Dashboard have been going since last Friday night (in East AU). Not rubbishing the Tuesday Theory, but perhaps this weeks new dashboard update may bring it.

Bah!!! Theories schmeories! It’ll be the 15th here by that point. That’s the tipping point for me. I’ve got 3 games to finish in the wings, am thinking about purchasing Trenched on XBLA and still haven’t played the most recent Mass Effect 2 DLC.

If it’s not out by then or SD have not made ANOTHER announcement…**** this game

Yeah, it’s safe to say that the early July release date has officially come and gone and the fans didn’t even get so much as a whisper. Frankly i like the game but i’m losing faith even more now. Have the developers (like most players) finally said “F this game”?

Doesn’t take a genius to realize that the longer it takes to get DLC out or fix these stupid balance bugs etc, the harder it will be to revive this game. The game is pretty much dead on all platforms, Amazon in the UK are selling the game for £9.98 and as it stands that’s probably too expensive for the game as it is.

When the supposed “2 week free DLC” I honestly don’t think many people will be purchasing it, not unless the patch that comes with the DLC fixes all the bugs and more, wishful thinking but I would like to get more than 4 months use out of my purchase.

If they just added like 3 or so new gamemodes, that would add tens of hours of more gameplay than just two maps.

Well if the made the dlc, they might as well release it. After two weeks, it becomes paid dlc, so there’s the potential to make back some slight amount of the cost of making the dlc.

A lot of dudes on their Facebook page are saying the DLC has been announced for the 30th of July. Not sure about the source though.

I hope when it does get released (probably later than "early July) they at least inform us as to why it took so long and why they didn’t meet their June/early-July goal.

I am looking forward to the DLC release, whether it’s tomorrow or in 2 weeks, or whenever. Being in the industry, I’m just curious as to what happened.
