A neutral command prefab!

(seven_dc) #1

Hi!

I made(ripped from goldrush) working prefab of neutral command post and tried to send to Drakir, but my mail client refuses to send it to him. So if you are reading this Drakir here is a prefab that you can add to to our gallery.

And all of you others please grab here your free prefab:

I really can see the bad and good in the map conversion ability, I dont think creating a prefab of such things is a bad idea. Also I have already had to use it due to deletion of a map I made but I had the bsp luckily inside a pk3

there are already prefabs for axis allies and neutral command posts on the LDR. Sock posted them a long time ago.

Well…since this post has been revived anyways…I’m wondering…I have just used the prefabs of the cp’s for the first time, and am wondering…
1: How many CP’s are there allowed to be in 1 map?
2: If they’re a “forward spawn”, will that count as 2 obj’s?
3: If you already have a script of a normal map, how would you be importing the script of, par example, the axis-cp? Would you just have to copy paste it underneath the other lines of script you already had, or do you have to delete the game_manager part of the cp and put the {spawns} in the first script’s game_manager?

Yes, I am st00pid when it comes to teh scriptz0r…(and yes, the heat is getting to me -_- )

you are limited to a total of 18 TOIs in a map (I think that;s that the LDR says)
It should count as one objective - build cp and secure forward spawn point
Yes, just copy and paste script into your existing script
