Source is the latest dev stream. There’s a post on reddit that summed it up, this was in it.

potent packs (Sparks)

mechanic
focus (works actually better than in the description, apparently it reduces aimpunch when hipfiring)

then there’s also the kind of augments that might as well not work cause they’re useless anyway (big ears, sneaky, enigma, etc.)
