Right i’ve been playing dirty bomb for a while and i think i have my right to add a few ideas and what not into the mix. now lets be honest pretty much no one likes the trade up system, yeah i can agree its a little fun and hype at times but most of the time when trading up you feel cheated on the higher cards for not getting what you want Cobalt/Gold. now i have a few ideas which i think would make the game better yet make the devs more money.
first off they need to make more guns and loadout cards along with perks and then they simply make a market place for the loadout cards for example say you get a cobalt proxy in your case but you dont play her much you can then set a price to either have a price for your steam funds, normal credit price, trade for a selection of cards or 1 or you could just set it for all 3 and you’re not bothered which you get.
This will most likely get very few people to use the trade up system but in the end they’ll be spending more money on your elite cases to get these rarer better cards. however the trade up system must always stay there for the players who do not wish to spend money on the game. I would also like to ask for the pricing of cases to come down to at most £1.50 per case or add like 3 cards per case, because for 1 card that you will most likely trade up if not a cobalt just isn’t worth getting any of the cases unless you have money to throw away.
As for balancing this would not affect it at all, so long as you don’t make perks or guns that 1 shot or a give you the ability to go invincible after falling below % hp. but seriously i could really think this is a great idea, it might take a while to add but it would really be worth it, i’ve spoken to friends how play the game regularly and they agree with me on the idea. however the idea is not complete its still in its spitballing stage so if you come across any ideas or flaws then please feel free to tell me, or if you just completely disagree with the idea then go ahead and say that too, your opinion is completely relevant.
Have a nice day
