thats how i see phantom v2.
no cloak, no shield, instead you get a speed boost as ability, something that lets you dash at enemies or into cover.
to play him efficiently you need to be good at movement, dodging, timing your strikes.

i played him all day, hes fun to mess around with but it doesnt feel like db anymore, hes not adding anything to the gameplay. its just permanent flanking without risk of being spotted.
cloak is just too strong for pub play, no team will cover their back, ever, its hard enough to get hp or ammo.
