3rd eye detonation issue

Sometimes when throwing down a 3rd eye using Q to go to camera mode, then F to detonate doesn’t work. Once this starts happening you are stuck with the one you’ve thrown til the end of the map. On map change it seems to sort itself. Had this happen a couple of times now (this time on LB). Not sure what triggers the behaviour.

The bug seems to be:
Throw 3rd eye. Go to camera. Get killed while in camera. On respawn cannot detonate old camera or plant a new one.

Yeah had this too once.

Its not consistent though, not sure what makes it start happening - maybe being killed by a certain weapon? It never happens when testing on my own on a server by /kill or nading myself.

I suspect it somehow being connected to teabags.

Found another bug. If you can manage to detonate your eye after it bugs (randomly works again) the kill counts as a suicide.

I have this bug everytime I play The eye. Really annoying.
