I recieved my game in the mail yesterday. I noticed that the paper that is supposed to list my promo code for the Spec Ops Pack is blank. It has all the instructions on the paper, just the part that is supposed to list the promo code is just a blank white box.
I emailed Walmart, who said to call 18004myxbox, who told me that they’d get back to me in 24 hours. However, it’s been over 48 hours now with no call back. I called them to see what was going on and now they have no record of my call.
How do I go about getting a working promo code? Any help would be appreciated.
