I rather Phantom gets a loadout change. It’s weird that all loadouts with Undercover have a 94 as the last two digits of their designation (BL94, C94, CR94). Only one that should stay as a 94 type is the C94 while the other two (and a few none 94 loadouts) get mixed up for better diversity. Like I rather have the C41 with Undercover, Untrackable, and Drilled.
