30k credit bonus after match balance but nothing shows up after

hello, my in game name is envos2 since i downloaded game from steam, im here today regarding an issue to wich i submited a ticket before but got no answer to.
this has happened to me around 6 times since i started playing, ocasionally after a match the balance would show up a +30k credit bonus i was like awsome closer to buying a new merc but as soon as i left the page after the match and went to the main page there was no 30k credit bonus, this has hapenned since lvl1. i would just like to know if this is some kind of bug or u had no itention of giving away those 30k bonuses given that by now i would have 180k credits from the bonuses but didnt get them wich in some way after seeing the balance after match left my hopes up to buy a new merc to try out but didnt actually happen.

It’s just a visual bug, they know about it and will probably fix it one day.

But you WILL get the 30,000 credits when you reach level 4, don’t worry

its a bug i think it happen every time you lvl up but it only give you in a certain lvl
