I immediately thought that this game seems the most like W:ET than anything they’ve done since. I hated Brink, and am glad that the game is closer to ET than to Brink. The idea to have so many different character classes to choose from is brilliant, and sort of reminds me of a moba/fps hybrid. If they keep the cash shop for nothing but cosmetic weapon and character skins, they’ll rake in the money.
Been waiting for an awesome Splash Damage game since Quake Wars (which was also quite good), and was hesitant after playing Brink. Now, if they get the awesome balanced maps from ET I’ll have to quit my job and play Dirty Bomb full time.
