3 people "stuck" on xrealm servers but they are not actually in-game

In the “JB1000Hz | EU | Objective” xrealm-server there are always the same 3 people in the player list but when you join the server no one is there. When the server appears full in the server browser there should still be 3 free slots (as there are only 13 of 16 players in the actual game) but no one is able to join because the game thinks the server is full.
It has been like that for the past 2 days. Maybe the server needs to be “restarted” or something?
