Will there ever be an ingame HUD configuration engine?

1: Can we give Red Eye an SMG? I think it suits him better to be a forward scout (Spotting targets, throwing smoke grenades to disorientate then charging in) more than a sniper, where he is simply outclassed by Vassil six ways from Sunday. That way there would be two forward recons ( Phantom and Red Eye) and Two long distance recons (Vassil and Aimee)

2: Can we get Chapel to be a bit darker? Feels too bright for a night map.

Are there any improvements to the UI coming? It’s very slow and there are too many menus.

How would you like that fixed? 30-60 minute (or higher) queue times for cobalts? The population isn’t big enough to weigh quality games over queue times.

There is going to be (if there isn’t already) a tutorial on how to change some ini or config files, but there won’t be an in-game option for the foreseeable future.

  • Would you guys consider enabling pause function in competitive MM?
  • Is any work being done on the random disconnects issue from comp MM (the game profile stop error? where person must click resume match?)

To be honest, I’m not sure. I do know however when I have a premade of 5 golds/cobalts we roll the fuck out of unranked soloqueuer’s. I think that damages people’s willingness to play competitive.

Competitive is currently filled with unwilling players that only join it to get the credits from the stupid competitive missions. The chance of premade teams facing off other premade teams is almost nil. Either removing of competitive based missions is in order, or allow parties in pubs to gum off differences between pubs and comp. Also, it’s less frustrating to meet a premade team in pubs as if they’re kicking your ass you can leave, while in comp you can’t.

Finally premade teams should be wiser than just go full force on low level random players in comp and write: get wreckt we’re the best. Last time I was in a premade versus low levels in comp we only played with our secondary weapons, to level out the playing field. But I guess some people are too awesome to actually play a balanced game where they don’t have the automatic upper hand…

Oh I forgot one question:

Do you use ECHO data from rotations to balance mercs or do you disregard the biased data of players trying out the rotation mercs with no knowledge whatsoever as to how to use them?

Can I re-ask my question about shotguns ?

  • Shotguns are actually considered as the worst weapons in competition. Can we expect a shotgun rework soon ?

It wasn’t answered yet so I though it was forgotten or something.

Also : new questions.

  • Is there another objective/stopwatch map worked on besides Dome ? If yes, when will we be able to try it ?
  • Can we expect a feature on loadout card screens that switch weapons ? Just to see how our secondary looks like.

I would like to know if they will make capture the flag mode in the future. It would be really interesting.

Also, can you ask them if there are any plans to reward when you level up in a better way? Or maybe making a ranking system which will make it more interesting ranking up rather than just a number?

Will optics customization ever be implemented?

I find iron sights too uncomfortable to use, it’s better to just hipfire, even at long ranges for me. I see that the blishlock has a dot sight, but why not anything else?
