I think you get the US release.
The unlock date and the version you get always depends on “where” the game was purchased.
for example:
germany gets alot of censored games, but when I get the game gifted from an american I get the uncut version and I guess I also get the same release date.
Changing your IP via VPN wont help if you already bought the game.
For example:
I bought F1 2010 with my german IP the game was released on the 20th in EU but on the 17th in america.
using an american IP adress changed the US timer, and displayed me that the game is available on the 17th, but I still could not play it till the 20th, since I purchased it when I had the german IP.
Also, dont ask that question on the steam forums or dont contact support.
Purchasing a game with a fake IP can get your account banned permanently as you’re acting against the ToS.
You also circumvent your countries taxes, wich could you get in trouble in your country.
keep it quiet and nothing should happen.
