This does look like red eye. If you zoom way in you can see the hat he wears and the eye patch strap… you can tell its the eye patch strap because of the angle it is wrapping around his head.

I was thinking that was Stoker. There are two straps there and the lower one is way too fat to be an eye patch strap anyway. Maybe he will be next.
