Hello, since the competition has ended, I can safely publish my maps. Well I don’t know how many of you are still interested, but I’m gonna make a new thread just in case there are some issues or feedback.

^ After a bit of shooting

Known bugs:
Players spawn in each other

How long did that take you to make it? 3 hours? Without commenting anything about gameplay, because I don’t know anything about it, you should add a lot of details. It is very empty looking and kinda monotonic.

i’ve played it…it’s kinda fun… it’s a fragging map no more…no less

(th0rn3) #4

It took 2 hours to create and 2 hours to kill the bugs. Its monotonic only because I tried to make scene from the matrix, but in ET.
This map is fun to play from 1v1 to 3v3 with gravity set to 500

heeh u should try to make some custom texture, even the same could be okay if it would had more green in it, then it would be really matristic (matrix + realistic :P)

(th0rn3) #6

The thing is this is et, so it must have those creepy little bunker tiles  of corse I can make a skin…

(Flippy) #7

Try a more greenish light that would make it much more matrix like

(Yorrick) #8

Try to make it more like the matrix scene. It’s alot bigger/darker in there. With also a bit of green light as Flippy said. There’s also some kind of metal detector at the beginning. Would be pretty nice if it’d look like that.

the only problem with your map was that the fps were too low when shooting the destructibles

(stealth6) #11

that’s what I thought they don’t really care for the map, it just has to have some cover and low fps

guys from etpro are such <beeeeeeeeeeeeeeep>

(IndyJones) #12

it’s not map related problem, but et engine. it’s just too much func_explosive…
