1st October Nexon Stream Round-Up

News:

  • NEXT update is another “fine tuning” update (no new content), however the update after that will be the big content update they have been talking about.
  • Clarification: The update after the next one will be “giant”. No specific details other than we will definitely be at least getting a merc. Maybe 2 mercs? Maybe Dome? Maybe Execution? I guess we’ll have to wait and see… “You should definitely be hyped.”
  • Confirmed: There will be “something to address the useless cobalt cards” in the NEXT update!! (I no longer care we aren’t getting a merc… I am hyped as hell for this!! <3)
  • They have heard your concerns on the “soons” and realise the attitude of how often the word thrown around means people get annoyed by it. They have promised in the future they will be as transparent as they can be. Shoe is reportedly working on something to help with this. (PS. They saw the Reddit thread regarding this issue)
  • “We are thinking about making new weapons. That’s something we’re definitely thinking of.”
  • Remember: The reason for the lack of transparency is because they don’t want to promise something, then if something goes wrong closer to release, they don’t want to disappoint people.
  • There will be a NEW Friday stream! It will begin at 4pm PST time. (As state on stream, the new schedule will be Monday, Wednesday and Friday)
  • This weekend is another Execution test weekend.

Possible changes/updates:

  • Steam achievements are being worked on.
  • They could not confirm, nor deny that the feature in the next update will be a “re-roll” feature. This may just mean that it’s not, however due to them not denying it… We can live in a little bit of hope. (Note: This does NOT confirm anything!)
  • Party’s for pub matches are a HIGH priority right now and are actively being worked on. Looks like we may be seeing this in a very near future update.
  • Question: Will there be any improvements/updates to the private lobbies in the next update? – “I don’t believe it’s changing just yet, although I can’t remember off the top of my head.”

I thought the Friday stream was replacing the Thursday one? I was playing, so I might not have heard right.

EDIT: Just checked, @MissMurder said “We’re gonna do Monday, Wednesday, Friday now.”

Now I have a problem.

At one side I have this cobalt Dreiss which gets buffed next patch.
At the other side, however, I’ll have the possibility to destroy it or do something else with it.

Damn, should have turned on the stream.

@Clown Yeah, at the end of the stream @MissMurder said that the new schedule will be Monday, Wednesday and Friday… however SD stream on Monday and Wednesday. She has promised to find out and clarify for us. :slight_smile:

I am pretty sure the cobalt solution will only work with multiple cobalts.

Was really looking forward playing with Stoker. Oh well, i’ll use half of my credits to unlock Fletcher. Good things the next two updates seems like they will be incredible. I do expect the new merc and Dome in the near future.

That means the merc update will be around 13/14 or we have to wait 2 weeks like usual after the fine tuning update. In that case, the next fine tuning needs to be extremely good. Gosh my lovely turtle is so close yet so far xD.

With 90k and 9 irons waiting on my account, I felt comfortable for a next week merc release. Now with a double merc hype, I need MOAAAARRRR.
