But is a lot harder to balance turtle, so the shield have the exact hp number, so it isnt OP or UP

Considering the term originated in the United States and that Nexon publishes games in North America it seems pretty fair.

I have no idea when Thanksgiving is. Its not that hard to state the date, is it?

Black Friday is on 11/27/2015 in relation to the original post. This is the American Black Friday synonymous with lower prices and sales around the USA and some sort of economic crash for a period of years way back when. Because Nexon America, the publisher of Dirty Bomb, is located in California and any dates posted should be considered from their point of view unless stated otherwise.
For example maintenance times generally list the start time for a couple of different time zones, not just one. Where this information was taken from a conversation in a stream and not an official Nexon post you can expect there to be gaps in knowledge. Faraleth is based out of Europe and obviously didn’t feel there was a need to elaborate in the roundup itself. While that doesn’t mean everybody will automatically know what date Black Friday is in America I would expect most of us are adult enough to do the necessary research or respond to questions by people who do not do the research rather than being petty towards each other.
So I don’t expect to see more messages about this. I hope any questions have been answered by this post. If anybody has more please send them to me directly and I would be happy to help you.

They mentioned it in passing on the dev stream, and the first written “announcement” came from these round-up’s. I guess you can blame me then for the lack of knowledge on when the US’s “Black Friday” is, lol.

Btw, is there any possibility that future merc packs can work in a way that when the player has already a merc from that pack he can get e.g. one Elite Case instead? Is it technically possible? For instance, the Down and Dirty pack includes Proxy that I already have and that’s the main reason which stops me from buying it. Because I keep telling myself that someone else for the same amount of money gets 4 mercs while I get only 3. Even if the pack was discounted, this thought would remain in my head. So getting one Elite Case in place of Proxy would give me nearly the same value as someone getting all 4 mercs unlocked.
