Ok @Lumi now i see your point.
On the one hand, there are three (four) different update features. 1st one, and probably most important are bug fixes. 2nd one, also important are balance changes. 3rd one, important but not so crucial are new contents (and fourth are content changes)…
On the other hand, those three features can also be devided differently. Firstly, new content is the most exciting update feature. (When update comes you want to try out new merc). Secondly, balance changes are also exciting, but not as exciting as new content. (After trying out new merc, you want to check reworked weapon). And finally, there are bug fixes, and people are almost never exicted about those (And I agree, they are the most important for smooth gameplay and other stuff)
Now, purely cause of marketing reasons, update’s main feature will be new content, or if there isn’t any new content, it’ll be balance changes… But you will never see let’s say: “5 important bugs are fixed”…
Also, prioritisation isn’t the same as main update feature… Maybe SDs priority in this update are indeed the bug fixes, but they won’t promote that cause it isnt as exciting…
You can’t really say what priority is until you see the patch notes yourself, so please don’t make so much dramma over a stream round-up…
TL;DR - “Main update feature” is determined by excitement of community, while priority is kind of determined by importancy of update features…
Anyways, priority isn’t same as main feature, therefore, trinkets may not be priority…
