only one sniper or redeye should be per team. also make a camping warning. if you stay same spot for 30 seconds you killed or something to keep the game moving.
the game is about objectives K/D ratio is secondary.

How about no? Vassili is my favourite merc and i want to play with him whenever i want. If you don’t like your team, find another server.
If I wasn’t able to switch to Vaseline, when I need to, just because there is some snot nosed kid already playing one, I wouldn’t be a very happy camper (pun intended).
Just one Vassili per team should be an unwritten rule of Dirty Bomb Society. Like: Don’t talk with your mouth full. Or: Don’t talk loudly in public places.
But then again, if you make it a rule, i will never get a chance to flame/kick the ass of the Vassili who is talking loud in the cinema with his mouth full of popcorns.
People have the right to be A holes. Being the 0/17 Low level Vassili is a right. Being the guy o flame this guy is my right as well. Especially when i’m already playing Vassili.
And, no camping?? It’s a game base in attack and defense. No camping it’s for TDM or DM.
Dirty Bomb is Seek and Destroy most of the time. So, no.
Maybe in comp but definitely not in casual.
In casual you should be able to play whatever merc you want, however you want, there’s a reason its called casual.
What they really need to do is add more loadout cards, and add some that give Vasilli weapons that allow him to stick closer to his team. Like a short barreled bolt action or the Dreiss.
So are you saying you want highlander mode where there can only be 1 of each merc per team, or will you rage again when the merc YOU want is taken already. And what about the 3 merc team, you saying only one person can take a merc in their squad, because that sounds pretty messy. Too many snipers is not a new problem to fps games. Kiddies love the pew pew sniparz powaaaaa. I have no problem with this so long as they also properly throw out the hbs every time it is off cooldown.
In a game where you have to spend hours playing to earn enough credits or spend actual money to get mercs and weapons you can’t then tell those same people they can’t use those mercs or weapons. Not to mention if you want to play that merc and somebody else keeps using it then it also makes people upset. It would be a PR and gameplay nightmare all around.

I honestly keep forgetting that people can’t think about what’s best for the team or flat out don’t care. My main hope is that MM will eventually raise the skill of the playerbase though. Hope is the key word there.
Having only one sniper on the team? That really depends because on maps like chapel, having 2 or 3 snipers can be beneficial.
I say one team shall have only 2 of the same merc at any given time
