I am wondering now is there an actual reason to play ranked with solo queue. Or even play ranked at all

Is the double credit boost gone? I thought that’s the only reason to play ranked. Am I missing something?

Ranked is the only game mode, where you can play the maps and mercs like they’re meant to be played. Friendly Fire and Friendly Collision vastly reduces the amount of spam and OPness of some mercs and it just provides a good challenge which is fun in itself. Just don’t care too much about your rank and you’re fine.

It still works but the real question is DOES IT WORTH THE PAIN AND SUFFERING. I grinded my ass to get to Gold 2 now I am litteraly getting matched against Elites. While my team sometimes get some 100 hours. Sigh… the balance is seriously perfect in this game.

I am litteraly getting matched against Elites
There are only 2 elites this season, daradio and kingsley and they got it due to a bug in the matchmaking which got fixed. If there are more, please provide a screenshot, I would like to know who also made it.

Balance isn’t that great, but that mostly stems from the fact, that there are not enough people in the matchmaking pool and the game is programmed to rather give you a shitty game instead of no game at all. If that’s a good thing, idk, I don’t have to make the decision on that.
The bigger problem with ranked is, that people have no place to actually learn the ranked environment (5v5, FF on, holding positions instead of running around like headless chickens) without actually queueing up for ranked. Alot of bad habits from pubs transfer directly to ranked, because people don’t know better, because no one told them, because there’s no place to get told.
It’s an completely home made problem by SD/Nexon and their server structure.

Yeah instead of making every merc OP’ than ever they should focus on making the matchmaking balanced so they dont need to destroy the matchmaking by making every merc OP AF

Don’t forget, every time you do a ranked match, there’s a chance for an arsenal crate to drop.

Elites in db funny guy :’) only person I know atm who’s close to elite has a bugged account atm so that he can’t even play ranked.

Queues are 5 minutes or less for me. But then again I’m a low silver player. You get double credits. I’ve encountered much more teamwork and communication than I have on any casual server. A fair number of games are intense, with both teams almost equally matched in ability. There are still plenty of stomps. But that’s probably because the ranking system is still pretty new and not a ton of people are playing.

IK but the fact that they said they fixed the ranked matches is a lie that was what I am trying to say
