My select PMC group: Proxy, Kira and Sawbonez.
My “I’m too lazy to play objective squad”; Kira, Vassili and Redeye
My Combat XP Squad: Fragger, Skyhammer, Nader
My Paramedic Squad: Sawbonez, Aura, Phoenix
My Stop the EV Squad: Skyhammer, Arty, Kira
My Troll Squad: Nader, Phantom and Fletcher. I use it for them for casual trolling.
this why I have 1 and 2 nice things mentioned. Depending on how much time I got left, I get to replace one or two mercs as I inspect who’s playing what against who.

On my first slot I use Bushwacker or Proxy
Second: Arty/Kira
Third: Phoenix/Sparks/Sawbonez
Sometimes Vassili for fun in any slot.
Rest Mercs I use only if missions require it
