There is honestly nothing wrong with the DLC releasing at different days/times other than the fact that SD/Bethesda delayed the content in order to manage a simultaneous release. At this point a simple mistake like this should have been expected since PSN updates on Tues/Thurs and XBL updates on Weds. Why Steam users are forced to wait another day is beyond me though. I guess SD simply hates their loyal PC fans enough to make them wait even longer for absolutely no reason.
XBOX PC: guess we'll just wait.

well its about 6am or something in uk. they’ll probably make us pc users wait until its in xbox thingy first “so everyone will get it at same time”
