Will Aimee Get the Grandeur?

So???

The Dreiss is Arty’s signature, yet Red Eye and Kira have it, the M4 is Skyhammer’s yet Fragger and Stoker have it. The Timik is Stoker’s weapon yet Skyhammer and Thunder have it. Sawbonez has the SMG 9, yet Nader and Bushwacka both have it and do you see where I am going with this???

It’s a completely irrelevant point, personally I feel like this whole card system is just a waste of time, I would much rather have the Dreiss as my main gun for every merc if I could but alas that is not an option.

Well I’m a Red Eye fanboy, lol. I guess it would be different if Red Eye was introduced before Arty and Kira and I may or may not feel the same way. But what I mean by it being his signature is, like Fragger, Thunder, Phantom, and Vassili, he has a weapon that nobody else can use (yet), I’m just hoping that it stays that way.

Red Eye is a sniper and you can’t even argue that. They are both meant to shoot at long ranges, and we don’t need 3 mercs like that in Dirty Bomb. The GSR is a sniper rifle (hence the name Grandeur Sniper Rifle). Red Eye has access to the PDP which the other sniper in the game can use. I’d say that makes him a sniper.
The GSR excels at medium range as does the Dreiss, 2 out of his 3 weapons are meant for medium range, hence he is a Marksman and not a sniper. Sitting back goes against what Red Eye’s playstyle is, since he’s meant to be closer to the action than Vassili.
Marksmen and snipers are both meant for long range, but Marksmen are meant to work with groups while snipers usually work solo. And since Dirty Bomb is a team based game, this would mean that they’re both marksmen.

Working solo pretty much describes 90 percent of all Vassili players.

Well even though Red Eye is a sniper, he has a completely different playstyle from Vassili because of how mobile he is. Red Eyes shouldn’t be found all the way out back. I think Aimee will be given a similar role, but will act more as a scout (not Tf2’s definition) instead of a proper sniper or marksman.
