You were told in the other thread that the spec client is not representative of what’s going on due to sync issues because of a lack of anti-lag and also it simply not being super accurate. So bullets that don’t look like they are on target or even shot at the right time, from spec in DB, look way off.
You aren’t supposed to post videos of cheaters on this forum because we don’t encourage witch hunts and also it’s so easy to change names. Multiple people could go around with the name Pinny0101 and cheat and record videos of “you” cheating. You can claim it’s not you but at that point the damage is done. That’s why people are supposed to use the in-game reporting feature or the website if they suspect anybody of cheating. People who know what they are doing and have the tools to do their job that we don’t have will investigate.
There rules are there to protect legit players. Not cheaters. Publicly posting videos of cheaters and showing how riled it makes you only encourage a lot of types who cheat. You’re not only giving them exposure they crave but also allowing yourself to be “trolled” because you were mad enough to post a video.
Also, there are cheaters in every game. It’s an issue that hasn’t been solved for decades due to so many reasons I won’t even list them here (I have multiple times in the past though). The best any anti-cheat can do is keep up with them…which NGS has mostly done. Sure, you will still see some from time to time. A few might even be unlucky enough to run into a few of them in a short period. But just because you run into one doesn’t mean the game is horrible and is doing next to nothing to stop them. Understanding how AC’s work is a key to understanding and accepting that sometimes some jerk will cheat. Don’t let it ruin your day. Report them and move on somewhere else.
