Of course it is okay, FOV and all game settings for that matter are preference. People who use lower FOV don’t have as much awareness, but getting consistent headshots becomes a lot easier for most of them. Both low and high FOV have their advantages.

High FOV is supposed to help in close range but hinder you in long range, and vice versa. I haven’t really noticed it that much though

More FOV means you can see more of your surroundings, but it fucks with your sensitivity as well.

It’ll make your mouse slower or faster depending on how you set it. Go to Mouse Sensitivty.com to figure more of this stuff out.

No it won’t.

Anyways, a good middle ground is where it’s at. Max is shit for aiming and min is shit for awareness. I think I have it on 75.
