Hey SD and VIPs. Reporting for duty and hopefully will not get slaughtered too much in-game. I seem to get pretty old these days and rather prefer a nice and layed back shooter with lots of stuff to explore and lots of possiblities. Most recent shooters i enjoyed and still do (some of them): DayZ, Planetside 2, Borderlands 2. Quick and close combat comes probably too late for me, but i had also my times where i liked this very much (Quake times come to mind). I never played Quake online though.
For those of you who don’t know me: i come from the ET section and mainly post there. I am not an ET veteran, but i have 2 or 3 years ET experience i think.

P.S. i also rather prefer not to spam the forum too much with all the obvious stuff, which is fixed the next day anyway. Also feature requests are always critical. So i rather prefer trying to stay in-line with the game philosophy. I will post more on this soon i guess and my first, second and third opinions about this pre-alpha.

Thanks for the invite, only played a couple of sessions yet, but so far so good - gameplay feels a lot like ET already, while I recognize some Brink influence as well (which is just fine, I enjoyed some parts of Brink). Impressed by the quality of this “pre-alpha”, didn’t expect some of it to run so smoothly already. Looking forward to see how it turns out, but gut feeling says “yes - there’s hope!”.
Nice to see so many familiar faces as well, will take some time for my old slow brain to master this beast well enough to kill you all, but some day 
For those who don’t know me, I’ve played ET and QW a lot, Brink a bit, tried Tribes a bit and then a year of WorldOfTanks, which is the only thing I play these days. Until now

hehe thanks for the kind words but had a lot of good helpers there - Nirvana would never existed without them And yeah the avatar is the real me - designed that look in Brink, ported it to real life - and now it’s time to port it back to DB, so I can claim Ashog’s 5 bucks
