The entire spectrum from highly tactical high damage to highly arcade low damage has already been covered so you can’t blame someone for having a taste either way.

However, you CAN blame someone for demanding his taste is applied to a game that doesn’t fit it. High damage in Brink would strip it from all it’s nuances regarding objectives, abilities and body types. The team that kills the most would win rather than the team that puts their resources to the best effect.
