that’s a really good point. I found that the extra textured faces can result in odd shadows being cast too

I have a question. How wrong is it to create a large brush roughly the size of the building you want and CSG Subtract it from the terrain? I’ve done this before with small brushes and any problems were fixed by brush cleanup… but will this lead to any other kinds of problems? Obviously I do line up the sides or the terrain triangles with the building…
