If some kind of cosmetic thing is causing you to stop the game, you weren’t enjoying Dirty Bomb in the first place.
I don’t understand how people can get so bitter over free cosmetic stuff, where lie your priorities in gaming?

I have the coal and the melted snowman in my inventory, but the lantern failed to unlock properly.

I was one of the lucky ones that managed to get all 3 in my inventory. I was a bit disappointed with coal trinket, because you can’t even see its face when it’s equipped. Also, from looking at the pictures advertising the lantern, you can clearly see it having some sort of glow emanating from it. But it’s not present in-game. The snowman actually looks pretty neat when equipped.

You’ll get all of the missing Trinkets you earned :slight_smile: Now the events finished we’ve got some some the programmers checking out the code to see what went wrong. You’ll get them as soon as we got this sorted!!

You can’t blame the game for your lack of gametime. The rules were set for you, and you didn’t finish them. It is your own fault.
