Taken part in 3 stress tests so far and haven’t received a single reward. Sent a ticket off and had no reply. I worry because if this is the level of service they can give to a few hundred people in a closed BETA. What will it be like when the game gets released to the public?

It took them two weeks just to award the nexon cash for a single stress test. It’s a bit frustrating to say the least.
