I honestly don’t believe you. If I joined a big team match, the chances of getting all 7 of my friends in before the game possibly fills up is impossible, and I only say “possibly” because it wont let people join games bcause of rank
Starting a private game is one thing. That’s easy. But doing a public round? No possible.
To go back to COD, because they have ir down to a SCIENCE…I can invite 5 friends with maybe 11 button presses total. They join by two presses. I find us a playlist in 2-5 more. We find a full 6v6 round nearly instantly. We rock that lobby until people quit or people we don’t wanna plat against join. In another few button presses, me and my entire party will leave, find a new lobby, and be playing again in UNDER A MINUTE.
Now how on earth is brink better than that? If these other games get me in the action instantly, as you said you like how brink does, yet im instantly matched against real people…why can’t brink?
I don’t want to play against bots that alternate between retard and scripted Skynet AI. They suck the fun out of the game by being lifeless. I want other players I need to outthink to beat. I want someone on the other end that will go “oh wow” when I pull off some insane manuver and smash his face with a rifle.
I don’t want to relive 1999 playing UT and Quake 3 with bots bfore I had reliable gaming internet. Its 12 years later.
